My intention was to create an allegory for the idea of sacrificing what you value most in order to get great benefits in the future
As artists, we have to sacrifice a lot for our craft. Family, entertainment, opportunities, etc. That's is something we had to deal a lot and, unfortunately, get good in order to succeed.
I like this work because the process was kind cathartic in some ways and it made me feel proud about my accomplish so far.
